On September 21st, President & Principal Broker Patricia Choi, who is Nationally and Internationally recognized as a Leader in Luxury Real Estate, was a guest speaker at The Luxury Consumer Summit in Sausalito, CA.  The event was sponsored by Alain Pinel Realtors, one of Silicon Valley’s leading real estate companies. Over 100 Bay area brokers attended the event which featured Patricia, Jeff Hyland of Hilton & Hyland in Beverly Hills who represents the Michael Jackson Estate on the $100,000,000 sale of Neverland Ranch, Brian Lewis of Halstead Properties in New York, and Quetzal Grimm of Alain Pinel based in Woodside, California.

On September 23rd, Patricia networked with the San Francisco based agents of Pacific Union, the largest residential broker in the Bay Area.  In August, she attended a similar networking event at their Menlo Park office.

On September 25th, Patricia met with the Christie’s affiliate in Dallas, Texas – Allie Beth Allman.  Her 5-hour meeting included a viewing of a $100,000,000 estate adjoining George Bush’s compound.

In November, our Vice President of the China Region, Maggie Huang, will be visiting Beijing, Shanghai and Taiwan.  Additionally, Mami Takeda, our Vice President of Japan, makes frequent trips to Japan to promote Hawaii Real Estate.  Patricia makes annual trips to Asia to reinforce the efforts of our agents.
